If product delivered is not as described in the description box, or some inclusions are missing, or the product was delivered damaged, then the customer is entitled to requesting a refund.

We urge customers to check their smaller packages in the presence of the delivery man, who stands as a witness to the condition in which the item was delivered.

All complaint must be made under 48hrs upon delivery of items.
